1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. bag peanut butter cups

Roll cookie dough into balls and put into mini muffin tins. Bake 5-10 minutes on 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Press in peanut butter cup. Let cool a few minutes before removing.
