3 (15 oz.) cans of Great Northern beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. maple syrup or dark Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix brown sugar and ketchup together, then add to above ingredients. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on how juicy you would like them. Stir beans several times during baking.
