2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. Rice Krispies (optional) COATING: 1/3 stick paraffin wax 6 oz. bag chocolate chips Mix first four ingredients together. Form 1 inch balls and chill 15 to 20 minutes. In heavy saucepan or double broiler melt wax and chocolate chips. Insert a toothpick into peanut butter ball and dip into chocolate mixture, leaving a small space at top of ball not covered. Place on wax paper to cool. Remove toothpicks and cover hole. |
