PECAN PRALINES 
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. pecans

Put all ingredients in a heavy pot, bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to a medium boil. Boil for 3 minutes, or until soft ball forms in cool water. Remove from heat. When all bubbling has stopped, whip with a spoon, when it starts looking glazy, drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper or buttered tray.
