SHRIMP BUTTER 
1 can tiny shrimp, well drained (squeezed)
11 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. grated onion (may add more)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together well. Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
