MEAT TARTS 
1/2 lb. chopped meat
4 sm. onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
Pie crust

Saute first 4 ingredients in fry pan and add 1 clove of garlic, chopped, salt, paprika, sugar and Tabasco to taste. Cook until thick, not dry. Cut circles with coffee cut in pie crust and place about 1 teaspoon of mixture on it. Fold in half and crimp edge with fork. Fill cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
