BROCCOLI HAM AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
1 head fresh or frozen broccoli
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz or similar cheese
2 thick slices ham, chunked
1/4 c. milk

Cook broccoli 5 minutes in boiling unsalted water. In a small pan, melt cheese and milk. Put broccoli in a baking dish. Put chunks of ham on top. Pour the cheese sauce on top of the broccoli and the ham. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until bread crumbs are brown.
