15 Oreo cookies
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Whipped cream; optional

Butter sides only of 9 x 13 springform pan. Crush cookies and combine with melted butter for form crust. Press into bottom of pan. Melt chips and set aside. With mixer cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat. Add vanilla, then salt and chocolate. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream. Continue beating until fluffy. Pour into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand on rack until room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
