POPPY SEED COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. yogurt (plain)
1 1/2 to 2 oz. poppy seed
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Put poppy seeds in yogurt. Let set while creaming butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and yogurt. Add flour and soda, mixed together. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Freezes well (bundt pan).
