POPPY SEED COFFEE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding and pie filling 4 eggs 1/4 c. poppy seeds 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 c. hot water Mix all together and beat for 3 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan (or 2 loaf pans). Bake 50 minutes (40 minutes for loaf pans) in preheated 350 degree oven. This is great served warm with coffee or hot cocoa. |
