COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1 1/3 c. coconut 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sugar Pinch of salt 2 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla Bread crumbs - topping Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a prepared, unbaked pastry shell, 9 inch. Sprinkle top of pie with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. |
