JPS PASTA AND CRAB SAUTE | |
8 oz Gemelli or Penne Pasta 8 oz Imitation Crab Chunk Style 1 pint fresh sliced mushrooms Generous handful baby spinach leaves 3 cloves thinly sliced fresh garlic 1 tbsp. butter 2 fresh lemon quarters 1/3 cup white wine ˝ tsp. red pepper flakes Salt & Pepper, to your taste Boil pasta in salted water per package directions and set aside. Melt butter in a large pan. Add sliced garlic and sauté for about two minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, juice from lemons, wine and seasonings. Stir to coat well and sauté until mushrooms start to soften...about three minutes. Add chunks of crab meat and uncooked spinach, gently mixing with mushrooms until spinach is wilted.
