PLAIN PASTRY MADE FROM OIL 
Use 1/4 cupful of oil to 1 cup flour. Mix only enough ice water to blend ingredients. The crust may be pressed into the pan with fingers or it may be rolled out between pieces of waxed paper. To place in the pan, remove the top paper and put the pan face down on the crust. Lift the crust by the edges of the bottom paper and very gently place in pan.
