MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 jar marshmallow creme

Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add cocoa, sugar and eggs at same time and mix. Stir in flour and beat, add nuts and coconut and mix well. Pour in greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and while still hot, spread cake with marshmallow creme. When cake has cooled spread with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
1 box confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
