MOIST COCONUT CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. angel flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in well-greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan. Cool 15 minutes, then poke holes with large fork.

Meanwhile, combine milk, sugar and 1/2 cup of the coconut in saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Spoon evenly over warm cake. Cool completely.

Frost with Cool Whip, sprinkle with coconut. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
