MOIST COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 med. size Cool Whip 1 c. flaked coconut Bake cake according to directions on box. After it has cooled, punch holes in cake with fork. Mix pineapple and sugar together. Beat until sugar dissolves and spoon over cake. Cook pudding and pour over cake and pineapple. Put in refrigerator until pudding sets, then spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle coconut over Cool Whip. |
