MOM'S NUT ROLLS 
6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 sm. or 1 lg. cake yeast
1/2 c. warm milk

Dissolve yeast in milk and sugar. Add 1 cup flour and mix it good. Add shortening and mix again. Add sour cream and eggs. Mix again. Add flour and salt mixture a little at a time mixing good each time. Divide dough into four parts after resting for about a half hour. Roll out as for jelly roll. Spread nuts or fruit filling and roll. Place on greased pan and allow to raise for 1 hour or double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
