BREAKFAST PUFFS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 - 1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners. In large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, nutmeg, water, oil and egg. Mix well. Spoon into muffin cups, fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. In small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar mixture.
