PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
6 crushed double graham crackers
1/8 lb. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
2 unbeaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. well drained crushed pineapple
Dash of cinnamon

Cream crushed graham crackers, butter, and sugar and put in a 9 inch pan. Mix in blender cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, crushed pineapple, and cinnamon. Place in crust and bake at 375 degrees approximately 20 minutes. Cool at room temperature 1 hour. Put sour cream mixed with sugar and vanilla over top; sprinkle with few graham cracker crumbs and bake at 375 degrees 5 minutes.
