BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar

Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil, crush berries with the back of a spoon. Simmer two or three minutes. Stir in thickening of:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water

Cook until thick. Serve on pancakes or waffles. Makes 1 cup.
