MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN | |
6 qts. of popped corn in brown paper bag (use hot air popper) 2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. corn syrup Boil this 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir. Pour mixture over and stir in bag. Bake 3 minutes on full power, stirring frequently. Pour out on wax paper or heavy aluminum foil and crumble. Store in air-tight container. |
