PINK PUDDING 
1 can fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream

Drain fruit. Add water to the fruit syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Add syrup, water, and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in rice, fruit, and nuts. Fold in whipped cream and chill.
