BLUEBERRY MARMALADE 
1 med. orange
1 lemon or lime
2/3 c. water
2 pts. fresh blueberries
5 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Prepare jars and lids. Keep hot. Use 2 piece lids. Grate colored portion only of lemon or lime. Combine peel and water in kettle. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Wash berries. Drain and mash. Cut all of white portion of peel from orange and lemon. Chop the fruit only or blend in blender. Add chopped fruit to peel mixture along with berries. Heat fruit to boiling. Stirring constantly, add sugar and reheat. Bring to a boil and add pectin. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim foam, ladle into jars. Wipe jars clean. Process jars in boiling bath for 10 minutes. Lids seal when they pop down. Makes 7 1/2 pints.
