CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 box (4 pkg.) Escort crackers
1 1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix butter and crushed crackers. Save some for topping and press the rest in the bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish for crust.

Mix all other ingredients and pour onto crust. Top with remaining crackers and butter. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
