1 (No. 2 1/2) can apricots, diced and drained
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkgs. orange gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. juice drained from apricots and pineapple
3/4 c. mini marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Chill until firm.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. pineapple and apricot juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared
Chopped nuts

Combine sugar and flour, blend in egg. Add juice, cook until thickened. Add butter. Cool. Fold in Dream Whip. Spread over salad and sprinkle with nuts.
