STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 c. cooked rice, drained
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 med. onion, diced
1 lg. head cabbage

Combine meat mixture in large bowl. Boil whole head of cabbage until tender. (About 30 minutes). Cut core out and peel off each leaf separately and trim. Put roll of meat mixture in each leaf, wrapping leaf around mixture. Grease pan with butter and put leaf patties in pan. Mix one can tomato soup and one can of water. Pour over leaf patties. Bake about 1 hour in oven at 350 degrees.

NOTE: Can be cooked in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
