PEAS AND ONION BAKE 
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans green peas, drained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
Paprika

Stir flour, salt and pepper into butter. Gradually add milk and Worcestershire sauce, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook until smooth and thickened. Place peas in a shallow 2 quart casserole. Add sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with onions and sprinkle with paprika. Bake additional 5 minutes. Serves 8.
