1 lg. can pears (reserve syrup)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. container (8 oz.) whipped topping

Heat pear juice and dissolve Jello in it. Cool until slightly set. Mash pears and beat with cream cheese, mayonnaise and whipped topping. Add Jello; beat and chill until set.
