MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup hot water 1/2 cup baking cocoa 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 egg 1/4 cup butter, melted confectioners' sugar In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add egg and butter; mix well. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serving Size: 9 |
