BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, crusts removed
4 tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. green onions
2 c. diced ham
4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
8 eggs
2 tbsp. mustard

Put the bread in the bottom of a greased rectangular pan (11 x 15 inches). Sprinkle with garlic salt. Saute onions and mushrooms with butter, then spread on bread. Dust ham with flour and spread this over the onion mixture on bread. Mix eggs (beaten lightly, by hand) with milk and mustard; pour over the bread and ham. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
