RHUBARB RAISIN PIE 
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients. Put into 9 inch pie crust lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
