CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat butter, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy; add vanilla and lemon juice; beat well. Mix in flour well. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Yield 4 dozen.
