ROLL DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg

Mix all ingredients using enough flour to make easily handled dough. Roll, not too thin, and cut into squares. Drop in boiling broth and cook until done. These may be rolled out on waxed paper, cut and placed on cookie sheets and put in freezer. Store in plastic bags, when frozen.
