PUMPKIN CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and sliced
1 env. taco seasoning mix
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn chips, crushed
1 c. dairy sour cream

In a 3 quart saucepan, cook meat, onion, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain. Add pumpkin, water, beans, olives, taco seasoning, chili powder, salt and picante sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with cheese, corn chips and sour cream. Serves 8.
