BEEF & GREEN CHILIES CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef; drain off fat. Mix and heat cream of mushroom, chicken soup, sour cream and chilies. Layer into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, tortillas (4-6 each layer), ground beef, soup and chilies mixture, onion. Repeat layers and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
