FRIED RICE 
1 clove garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 or 2 green onions, chopped
1 sm. tomato, cut in sm. pieces
1 egg
Cooked rice
Thai sweet soy sauce
Thai fish sauce (optional)

Cook rice, do not overcook, should be firm. Saute garlic in oil, when brown add cooked rice. Stir a few minutes. Add Thai sweet soy sauce, stir until well mixed. (Add more soy sauce if needed for a nice brown rice). Add ground pepper and a dash of fish sauce (optional). Add chopped onion, green onion, tomato and stir well. Make a well in the middle, add 1 egg and stir until well mixed. Cook a few minutes longer, stirring constantly. Serve.
