OXTAIL SOUP 
3 lbs. of oxtails
3 lbs. of beef short ribs
2 celery stalks
5 potatoes
1 onion
2 cans stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. ketchup (to color the soup)

Boil the meat until tender. Add celery, potatoes, and onion. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Add ketchup, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
