1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower (optional)
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and broken into tiny pieces
1/3 c. raisins
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 chopped onion
1 c. mayo
1/3 c. sugar or Equal
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar and add all ingredients. Chill.
