DILLY BEANS 
2 lbs. fresh green beans (snap off ends)
1/4 tsp. red pepper per jar
1 clove garlic per jar
1 dill flower per jar
2 c. water
1/4 c. salt
2 c. white vinegar

Heat water, salt and vinegar to boil. Stand cleaned green beans up in canning jars and put in red pepper, garlic and dill flower in each jar. Pour hot mixture over each jar and seal.

Let stand for one month before eating. Use less red pepper, if you like things less hot.

Note: Serve with sandwiches, barbeque, etc., as a relish.
