SPANISH SKILLET SUPPER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 3 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (opt.) 1 tsp. salt 1 sm. green pepper, chopped In skillet, brown meat lightly. Add onion and green pepper and cook, stirring until tender. Stir in 1/4 cup water and remaining ingredients. Blend well; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice. |
