BANANAS FOSTER 
3 bananas
1 stick or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dark rum
1/4 c. banana liqueur
Vanilla ice cream

In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar until completely dissolved. Cut bananas into 4 slices. (One long cut length wise and then in halves.) Place bananas, flat side down, into skillet. Cook until flimsy and clearish looking. Pour in banana liqueur, then flip bananas and cook on other side. Bananas should be cooked all the way through. Add the dark rum. Serve hot over scoops of vanilla ice cream. For special treat right after adding dark rum, strike match and light; the banana's flame will burn out itself.
