FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury Best)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Banana slices, kiwi slices, strawberry halves, blueberries
1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. water

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Line foil-lined 14 inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Invert to right side.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese layer. Glaze with marmalade and water mixture. Cut into wedges. Beautiful for buffet. Make several hours ahead and refrigerate.

Can use jelly roll pan or other sizes or shapes. Substitute most any fruit such as raspberries, grapes, pineapple, cherries, mandarin orange segments, peaches, etc. Arrange in variety of shapes and designs such as circles, stripes, etc.
