CORN SOUFFLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) can corn (whole kernel)
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Melt 1/4 stick butter in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Mix all other ingredients, pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until browned.
