CORN SOUFFLE 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cans creamed corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with meat - main dish.
