BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 lb. jumbo shrimp
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. butter

Peel shrimp. Make a cut lengthwise down back of each shrimp. Wash out and de-vein. Press each down flat in baking dish. Brown onions in butter. Mix with bread crumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place about 1 tablespoon scoop of mixture on each shrimp. Pour enough wine to cover bottom of baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
