IRISH POTATOES 
1 box 10X sugar (3 1/2 c.)
1 stick butter
1/2 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
7 oz. coconut (2 2/3 c.)

Cream butter and sugar well. Slowly add condensed milk. Blend in coconut with hands. Chill well, then roll into balls about the size of a large olive and then roll in cinnamon. This recipe doubles very well.
