IRISH POTATO BAKE 
4 tbsp. butter
3 c. seasoned, stuff hot mashed potatoes
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
Bread crumbs

Butter 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter; set aside. Combine potatoes, sour cream, seasoning and broccoli. Stir gently until well mixed. Turn half of mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle half of cheese, then half of crumbs. Repeat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
