NORWEGIAN LEFSE 
16 oz. instant potatoes
6 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. butter
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Mix potatoes, boiling water, butter, cream, sugar and salt. Let stand until cold (or overnight). Divide dough into four sections - add 1 cup flour to each section. Divide each section into 12 pieces. Roll out paper thin. Bake. Makes 48 rounds.
