NORWEGIAN LEFSE 
2 c. milk
2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
4 1/2 c. flour

Bring all ingredients to boil and add to 4 1/2 cups of flour. Stir together until well mixed. Knead baseball size dough ball, divide into 6 balls. Roll out very thin on floured surface. Bake each lefse on a very hot griddle. Spread lefse with butter and brown sugar, roll up and eat!
