POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon Jello pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
Poppy seed (2 tbsp., more or less as desired)

Grease bundt pan generously with butter. Put all ingredients in large bowl and beat 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cake cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
